The secret of bees for a healthy back to work after the holiday blues

Going back to work can be a challenge after a restful or fun-filled holiday. It is a time of transition, which you have to know how to take gently to avoid stress and fatigue. Proper preparation will help you strengthen your immune system and be in great shape for fall and winter.

For this, nothing better than natural products from the hive such as royal jelly, pollen, propolis or even honey

Here are our tips:

1- Make a cure of organic French royal jelly

Nothing like a cure of organic French royal jelly for a "boost" effect. Royal jelly, a natural substance produced by bees, is the queen's exclusive food. It allows it to live forty times longer than other bees.

It is a concentrate of amino acids essential for life, vitamins (B, A, C, D, E), trace elements such as calcium, iron, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, silicon, copper, suffers essential to the organism.

We recommend it for prevention in spring and fall, for people who are tired, stressed, athletic...

Organic French royal jelly protects your body from various diseases, promotes emotional and female hormonal balance (menopause, fertility), and provides quality sleep.

Use :

Our 10g bottle is recommended for a 20-day cure.

Every morning, take a spoon (provided to you) of royal jelly on an empty stomach.

Let it melt under the tongue and wait 15 minutes before feeding again.

For those who don't like the taste, it can be mixed with a teaspoon of honey.

Royal Jelly can be kept in the refrigerator.

2- Consume pollen on a daily basis

Pollen is made up of small seeds or seeds. It is harvested by bees from the stamens which are the male reproductive organs of a flower. The bees then return their loot to the hive, in the form of small yellow balls, which they will use for food.

The beekeeper collects the pollen using a pollen trap installed in the hive.

Pollen is made up of 25% amino acids, vitamins (B, C, D and E), trace elements...

The pollen by its nourishing and energizing power is nicknamed, the "steak of the hive". It is packed with protein and is a natural tonic. it prepares for physical and intellectual activity. Pollen is an euphoric, fortifying, reconstituting and facilitating digestion food. It plays a big role in our health without having side effects.

For prevention, we recommend 1 to 2 teaspoons per day of fresh pollen. It can also be mixed with a spoon of honey, fruit juice or yogurt if the taste bothers you.

We also suggest our detox honey, a preparation based on honey, royal jelly and pollen: the winning trio.

3- Propolis

Propolis is a mastic made by bees from resins collected mainly from conifers. Bees line all the walls of the hive with propolis to protect the habitat from outside bacteria. Propolis is in a way the antiseptic of the hive

We advise you to consume our raw propolis for your vitality and general protection. This will stimulate your body's immune defenses. In addition, it has a strong anti-septic power against canker sores, abscesses and is an excellent anti oxidant.

Use:

Suck a nugget 2 to 3 times a day for 6 days.

And voila, you are ready for a healthy back to work in great shape!
